It's still pretty small; I think it's only about then miles in diameter. It really was like a perfect story book island, with a beach and white sand and perfect temerature. The other extraordinary thing about praslin is that it has an ancident for est called the valley de maie, not been touched for millions of years. We went to an extraordinary island called curieuse, where we saw giant tortoises; even a small child could ride on one of these tortoises; then went to cousin island, which is a beautiful bird sanctuary. We then trav elled to Denis Island for one week. Private island which just has a hotel and you really feel as if you are robimsen crusoe on this island, with these beautifull perfect beaches and blue-green sea.
