Not true consent is -

• A. In criminal cases, the victim can not be examined without his/her consent
• B. Blanket consent authorizers the attending physician or surgeon to do what ever he thinks best for him under the circumstances.
• C. Explaining to the patient the naure of his disease, the proposed treatment or procedure, the alternative procedure, the risk and benefits involved in both the proposed and alternative procedure, the relative changes of success or failure of both procedures
• D. In case of emergency consent is not necessary .
