According to Section 7 Clause ______ of Right to Information Act, 2005 where a request has been rejected under the sub section (1), the PIO shall communicate to the person making the request:(a) the reasons for such rejection(b) the period within which an appeal against such rejection maybe preferred; and(c) the particulars of the appellate authority.
