Because Belgium was divided in 3 regions that is France,Wallonia,and German.59%of people speaks Dutch ,41%of people speaks French,and 1%of German. WHILE in Brussels 80%of people speaks French and 20%of people speaks Dutch. French speaking people were more powerful than others and all the facilities, economic development and higher education was first given to them then the others

It complex because 59 percent of country\’s population speak dutch while 49 percent french while 1 percent german but in its capital city a unique problem is seen that 80 percent people speak French and 20 percent dutch
Because Dutch are major population in the country but are minor population in the capital-brussels
