Only the womens belonging to the 1st n 2nd estate had access to education.After frnch revolution= some efforts were made to improve the condition of womens, like laws were made related to marriage, divorce was legalised, schools were set up, schooling was made compulsory for girls. In 1946, women were given right to vote.
