Ethane has carbon-carbon single bond where as ethene has carbon-carbon double bond
Ethane is a part of alkane series in which C-C atoms are linked with each other with help os single bond while ethene is a part of alkene series in which C-C atoms are linked with the help of double bond…also simplest alkene is ethene…but simplest alkane is methane..
