    Srees is our body and minds response and Reaction to challenging situation in our life.There are two types of stress 1. Good stress It refers to limited quality of stress that help us keep focused and motivation to do something. 2. Bad stressIt refers to the stress that is on going and does not lower down. It is a negative form of stress which always keep us back foot.
