Electronic configuration of an atom is the number of electrons divided in the required shells…….And valecy of a atom is the number of electrons need to be gained or lossed by it for being stable.
No. of electrons present in an atom is known as its electronic configuration. Whereas, the electrons present in the outermost shell of an atom is its valency/valence electrons.
