While the students are at school, they should train themselves in citizenship and cultivate the characteristics of good citizens. While at home, the students are solicited to use the powers of their body, mind and character judiciously and properly. As they leave the school, the students have to pass on their knowledge and skill to others by using them in the service of their country. They should further train themselves for citizenship and for service of their country.
