Correct Answer – Option 4 : 6 cm
Given:
Radius of three iron balls are 5 cm, 4 cm and 3 cm.
Radius of bigger iron ball = x cm
Formula:
Volume of sphere = (4 / 3) × πr3
Calculation:
According to the question
(4 / 3) × π × x3 = (4 / 3) × π × [53 + 43 + 33]
⇒ x3 = 125 + 64 + 27
⇒ x3 = 216
∴ x = 6 cm
