Explanation
The last three capacitors on teh right. Each of capacitance C = μF are in series and are equivalent to a capacitance C’ given by
1/C’ = 1/9+1/9+1/9 = 1/3
or C’ = 3μF
Since C’ is in parallel with C1, the equivalent capacitance of the last part of the network is C” = C’ + C1 = 3 + 6 = 9 μF.
