The Rancidity generally is the complete or incomplete oxidation or hydrolysis of fats and oils when exposed to air, light, or moisture or by bacterial action, resulting in unpleasant taste and odor.
What is rancidity
Two metals which do not react with oxygen are silver and gold. They do not react with oxygen even at high temperature. The compounds of these two metals are too stable to undergo any reaction……… Hope this willl help your why ❓ ❓… ??
