Mass is constant everywhere in the universe but weight varies with gravity.Weight=mass*acceleration due to gravity(g).?
Mass is a scalar quantity and weght is a vector quantity.Mass is independent of gravity whereas weight is dependent on gravity.Mass is the amount of substance contained in the body whereas weight is the force applied by the gravity
Mass cannot be changed if we move anywhere with any gravity but weight can be zero in space at having different acceleration to gravity we can feel weightlessness at at a different acceleration due to gravity

Simple. .. masss is remain constant in every place or condition. .but weight is addition of maass + gravity. It change according to place .

    BASIS FOR COMPARISON MASS WEIGHT

\t\t\tMeaningMass refers to the quantity of matter contained in a body.Weight implies the force acted upon the object due to the pull of gravity. What is it?It is the measure of inertia. It is the measure of force.LocationIt remains same, irrespective of the location. It varies as per the location.Physical QuantityScalar QuantityVector QuantityZeroIt can never be zero. When no gravity acts upon the body, it can be zero.SI unitKilogramNewtonsMeasurementOrdinary balance is used in measurement.Spring balance is used in measurement.\t
Mass of a body is defined as the quantity of matter in the body, which can never be 0Weight weight is the force exerted by gravity on an object
