    For largest mass , `p = 1`
    `n = (p)/( 2L) sqrt((T)/(mu))`
    `700 = (p)/( 2L) sqrt((T)/(mu))`
    ` m = 2 xx 10^(-3) kg//m , L = 1 m`
    `T = [ ( 700)^(2) xx 4 xx 1 xx 2 xx 10^(-3)] = 3920 N`
    Largest mass to be hang , `M_(max) = 3920//9.8 = 400 kg`
