    Because metal react with acid it release hydrogen gas and harmful product there by spoiling the food
    Curd contain lactic acid and lactic acid when reacts with brass and copper produces a poisonous substance whic is unfit for consumption. .
    Curd and sour substances contain acids. Therefore, if we keep such food substances in brass and copper vessels, they will react with the metal to form poisonous metal compounds and liberate hydrogen gas thereby causing food poisoning and corrosion of the vessels.

    Curd and sour substances are not kept in brass and copper vessels because they get react each other and forms poison which us harmful for us.
    Curd and sour substances are acidic in nature. They react with metal and form toxic which is unfit for consumption so they are not kept in metal vessels

    Curd and sour substances should not be kept in brass and copper vessels because such substances contain acids which can react with the metal of the vessel to form poisonous metal compounds which can cause food poisoning.
    Both curd and sour substances contain acids which when reacts with Cu or brass vessel a certain salt is released which are poisonous in nature and can cause harm.

    Bcz curd / sour substance have acid . If it will be placed in copper vessels than it will react with it to form metallic salt which will make food to get poisonous .
    These type of substances should not be kept in brass and copper vessels because curd and sour substances have acid in them and in presence of brass and copper these acids make poisonous substances.That\’s all.
    Acid in sour substances react with copper and brass to produce toxic compounds
