Planets don\’t twinkle bebecause they are very close to our planet EARTH,and stars even don\’t twinkle they only seems like they are twinkling because of they aren\’t seen directly from our eyes many types of waves and particles comes between our eyes and the star
The planets are much closer to the earth comparred to the stars a planets can be considered as a large no of point sources and the variation in the amount of light entering oureye from these point siurces is zero therefore twinkli g effect does not occur
