If all O2 present in the environment is converted to ozone then life on earth will come to halt. This is because all the animals and even plants require O2 to carry out various metabolic processes. If there is no O2 than we will not be able to respire. Ozone is harmful both for plants and animals. Ozone affects chloroplast of plants and hence photosynthesis. In animals and humans it causes respiratory problems such as asthma and irritation of chest. So, life on earth won\’t be possible in such case.
