Prudential reasons stress that power sharing will bring out better outcome or results; whereas moral reasons emphasize the very act of power sharing as valuable.
1) Prudential = Reason based on prudence or empirical evidence or on careful calculation of gains and losses. It is always factual.2) Moral = Reason purely based on moral considerations. It may or may not be factual.
