It first loses 5 H20 and then this reaction takes place :- CuSo4 -> CuO+So2+So3+O2 and change of blue color solution.
The heat causes blue copper sulphate (also known as hydrated copper sulphate) to decompose forming anhydrous copper sulphate and water. Anhydrous copper sulphate formed is white in colour. Answer:The compound which is blue earlier turns into a colourless solid.
