If u bring a blue litmus paper then then it turns to red because the gas is acidic
Change will not occur
Sulphur dioxide gas is a non metal oxide which give rise to acidic oxide . But here they have mentioned dry Blue litmus paper . acids do not dissociate H+ ions in the absence of water .so change will occur in litmus paper .
