Equation of Circle: x2 + y2 – 6x + 2y = 0
x2 + y2 – 6x + 2y = 0
=> (x – 3)2 + (y + 1)2 = 10
From the above equation,

Radius: √10

(3, -1) will lie on the diameter x + 2ky + 3 = 0
=> 3 – 2k + 3 = 0
=> 6 – 2k =0
