When we see a beam of light entering a dark room we see particles moving in it this shows particles of maater are continously moving
With the example of incense sticks when we start the incense stick then the fragnance of incense stick fall in the whole room due to diffusion.this example shows the particles of matter are continously moving.there are some more examples that shows that particles of matter are continously moving

The fragrance of burning incense stick spreads all around.3. The smell of perfume spreads due to the diffusion of perfume vapours into air.4. Dissolution of a crystal of copper sulphate or potassium permanganate into a glass of hot water or containing cold water. The solution turns blue or pink respectively.
