Veins are the vessels which carry blood from different body parts to the heart, they carry de-oxygenated (CO2 rich) blood, they have thin walls.Arteries are the vessels which carry blood away from heart to various organs of the body, they carry oxygenated (O2 rich) blood, they have thick, elastic walls.
Arteries (i) carry oxygenated blood(ii) have thick, elastic walls(iii) have no valves and(iv) are deep seated…. Valves (i) carry deoxy blood (ii) have thin walls (iii) have valves to prevent backflow of blood and (iv) are superficial..
Arteries carries oxygnated blood to all parts of body.Veins carries deoxygnated blood from body parts to heart for oxygenation
