The Happy Prince is described as a\xa0beautiful statue.\xa0The statue was placed on the\xa0top of a tall pillar.\xa0The statue of the prince was completely covered with gold. There were two sapphires in the place of his eyeballs, instead of eyes. A ruby was present at his\xa0sword hilt.\xa0He was placed in such a manner that he could see everything that was happening around the city. He was a statue who gave away his\xa0precious gems\xa0for the people of his\xa0city to live happily.\xa0When he was alive, he had not seen the\xa0miseries of life.\xa0But now he could see everything, even the\xa0hungry and sorrow\xa0of people.
