Isobar is that element which differs in the chemical property but has the same physical property. So, we can say that isobars are those elements which have a different atomic number but the same mass number. Example:\xa0\xa040S,\xa040Ar,\xa040Ca.\xa040Cl, and\xa040K.Atoms that have an equal number of protons but a different number of neutrons and protons are called\xa0isotopes.Example:\xa0\xa016O,\xa017O, and\xa018O.
