The High Court may issue writs of impeachment against the courts subordinate to it or quasi-judicial bodies -

• A. when there is a legal error in the judgment or order
• B. When there is a violation of the principle of natural justice in passing the judgment or order
• C. When act has been done in excess of jurisdiction to pass judgment or order
• D. in all of the above
