In the event of a constitutional emergency declared in the state, the President:

• A. The State Government and the High Court can take responsibility for the declared situation on its own.
• B. Can declare that the powers of the State Legislature shall be vested in the Governor.
• C. Except the High Court, the state can take responsibility for all the work of the government itself.
• D. Can declare that the powers of the State Legislature shall be vested in the Parliament.
