If an Act made by the State Legislature on a subject in the Concurrent List and a Parliamentary Act on the same subject is conflicting, then -

• A. The rule which has been made earlier, will prevail on the second.
• B. The rules which are made later will be resident on the first
• C. Parliamentary Act shall be superseded on State Act
• D. Both the Parliament and the State Legislature will have to enact the Act again.
