Following are few points which should be performed while giving first aid to wounds. (i) Apply a sterile bandage on the wound. (ii) Was away all dirt around the wound to a void infection. (iii) Apply a thick pad of cotton wool over the wound and press with your finger. (iv) Clean the affected area with cotton wool soaked in an antiseptic. (v) Call doctor if bleeding is not stopped. Arrange the above steps in proper sequence.
