They are seated such that going clock-wise, the people seated in alternate positions are facing inwards and the rest facing outwards. The teacher who is occupying one of the corners is facing away from the centre and has the pilot on his immediate right who is second to the right of the cricketer who is facing towards the centre. The doctor is the only person between the businessman and the banker and has the architect exactly opposite to him. The lawyer is to the immediate right of the banker.
