At the time of appointment of the Prime Minister of India -

• A. It is not necessary that he should be a member of either of the two Houses of Parliament but he must become a member of either house within six months.
• B. It is not necessary that he must be a member of either of the two Houses of Parliament, he should become a member of the Lok Sabha within six months.
• C. Must be a member of one of the two Houses of Parliament
• D. Must be a member of Lok Sabha
