Correct Answer – Option 3 : 8000
Given:
Radius of small spherical ball = 0.3 m
Radius of large spherical ball = 6 m
Formula used:
If r be the radius of the sphere then the volume of sphere = (4/3)π × r3
Calculation:
Volume of sphere = (4/3)π × r3
Volume of large sphere = (4/3)π × (6)3
⇒ Volume of large sphere = (4π × 216)/3
⇒ 288π
Volume of small sphere = (4/3)π × (0.3)3
⇒ Volume of small sphere = (4π × 0.027)/3
⇒ 0.036π
Number of small balls = (Volume of large sphere)/(Volume of small sphere)
⇒ (288π)/(0.036π)
⇒ 8000 balls
∴ Number of small ball is 8000 balls.
