Given that BD ⊥ AC; CE ⊥ AC
BD = CE
Now in ΔABD and ΔACE
∠ADB = ∠AEC (∵ given 90°)
∠A = ∠A (commori angle)
BD = CE
∴ ΔABD = ΔACE (∵ AAS congruence)
⇒ AB = AC (∵ C.P.C.T)
