An ideal fuel is one that on burning does not emit harmful gasses, gives more heat per weight, should burn optimally i.e. neither too fast nor too slow, and many other features.\xa0Natural Gas is as close as you can get to an ideal fuel. It requires minimal processing before use and it has high calorific value. Due to its gaseous state, it mixes with oxygen easily for more efficient combustion. By producing relatively few pollutants, it also helps to reduce emissions that can contribute to the greenhouse effect.
